Settlement Rules
- The chosen stake amount moves from available balance into frozen balance when the contract opens.
- If the contract wins, the frozen stake returns and fixed payout is added as profit.
- If the contract loses, the frozen stake is consumed on settlement.
- Admin can settle by market result or override with forced win/loss.
